The hospital has a scale of 1,500 beds (including 250 beds serving the Tier 2 of the Treatment Tower under the guidance of the Department of Health). The Hospital's leadership is appointed by the Provincial People's Committee. The Director of the Hospital is fully responsible before the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, is responsible for performing professional work under the guidance of the Department of Health and directly directs, administers, and assigns work to Hospital officials and staff.
