Starting to implement the Plan from the time the number of Covid-19 cases reaches 20,000 cases until the end of 01 month (30 days), in the whole province.
Subjects for sampling are specified in the Framework Plan no. 101/KH-BCD dated July 09, 2021 of the Coordination Subcommittee on Testing and Vaccination, specifically in the situation of 20,000 cases is the entire population of Binh Duong province (2,673,901 people).
It is expected that about 4,412,450 turns of people will be sampled, with 1,667,126 samples (individual PCR, pooled PCR of 3, pooled PCR of 10, and pooled rapid test of 3).
The human resources taking samples include public healthcare, private healthcare in the province and has a total of 1,250 teams with 3,750 people. Support force from the Central Government (Hanoi Medical University, Hai Duong Medical Technical University, Hai Phong Medical University) has a total of 60 teams with 120 people. Thus, if on average each team takes 400 people per day, 01/05 of the number of teams taking samples alternately, the amount of time required is 42 days.
The time required to run PCR samples according to the maximum productivity of the entire province is 1,667,126 samples with 128 days.

The Provincial Center for Disease Control advises on developing a plan of materials and chemicals to serve the Covid-19 prevention and control. Being responsible for organizing the implementation of this Plan to ensure progress and quality. Simultaneously, managing, using, distributing chemicals, biological products, consumables and reporting according to regulations.
The Subcommittee on Testing and Vaccination, based on the framework plan, approves the sampling plan for each unit in accordance with the epidemiological indications.
The Department of Finance advises the Provincial People's Committee on financial resources to implement this Plan.
