Duties and powers of Steering Committee’s Working Groups

1. Vaccine Receipt, Transport and Storage Group

- Directing, organizing to receive Covid-19 vaccines at the receiving points.

- Directing, organizing and carrying out the transport of Covid-19 vaccines from receiving places to storage locations managed by the Department of Health or mobilized locations when necessary.

- Directing, organizing to transport Covid-19 vaccines from storage locations to vaccination sites across the province in accordance with regulations on vaccine management.

- Directing, organizing to train, coach, monitor and supervise the organization and performance of tasks.

2. Vaccination Steering Group

- Coordinating with the Vaccine Receipt, Transport and Storage Group to direct and organize the handover and reception of vaccines at vaccination sites across the province.

- Directing the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination campaign at vaccination sites across the province.

- Coordinating with the IT Application Group for Covid-19 vaccination management to direct the synthesis of vaccination data for the management and proposal of the number of vaccines.  

- Directing, organizing to train, coach, monitor and supervise the organization and performance of tasks.

3. Vaccination Safety Group

- Coordinating with the Vaccination Group to direct, monitor, inspect and supervise the implementation of vaccination safety at vaccination sites across the province.

- Directing and coordinating with agencies in developing guidelines on vaccination and vaccination handling.

- Directing emergency treatment of adverse events after vaccination.

- Analyzing, evaluating and treating adverse events after Covid-19 vaccination.

- Directing, organizing to train, coach, monitor and supervise the organization and performance of tasks.

4. Vaccine Quality Supervision Group

- Coordinating with groups to direct the monitoring of vaccine quality, ensuring vaccine quality from the time of receipt, transport, storage and vaccination.

- Directing, organizing to train, coach, monitor and supervise the organization and performance of tasks.

5. IT Application Group for Covid-19 vaccination management and communication

- Coordinating with groups to direct the development of IT application to manage the entire Covid-19 vaccination campaign from the stage of receipt, transport, storage, distribution to vaccination.

- Directing the application of IT, use of personal health records for vaccination; developing a vaccination certification system.

- Coordinating with the Vaccination Group to direct the synthesis of data on demand, quantity and progress of Covid-19 vaccines for vaccination sites and publicize it on the digital map of the vaccination campaign.

- Directing the communication of Covid-19 vaccination campaign throughout the province.         

- Directing, organizing to train, coach, monitor and supervise the organization and performance of tasks.
