​Accordingly, the Provincial Standing Party Committee said that the implementation of distancing according to Directive 16 in the province has achieved initial results. It is forecasted that in the coming time, the pandemic situation will continue to be complicated and unpredictable. The Provincial Standing Party Committee requests the Provincial People's Committee to direct the implementation of the following key tasks and solutions: Preparing a plan to continue implementing social distancing according to Directive 16 in the province in the coming days.

The Department of Industry and Trade is directed to coordinate with units and localities in implementing regulations on time frames and distributing vouchers to people to go to the market to reduce crowds.

The Department of Health advises the Provincial People's Committee to promulgate a response scenario, a plan to improve the capacity to collect and treat Covid-19 patients, and to estimate funding in case the number of F0 cases reaches 20,000 and 25,000 people in the next few days. At the same time, establishing a center for procurement of medical equipment and supplies.  

The Department of Finance prepares a number of contents related to funding sources for the Covid-19 prevention and control and submits it to the Provincial People's Council Meeting at the end of August 2021 for consideration.

Party executive committees, local authorities and units review the list, organize meetings and mobilize the private medical team in the area to participate in the pandemic prevention and control.

Organizing to train for 2,000 volunteers in the Education branch and the Youth Union to ensure the service and complement the health and support forces of other localities.

Concentrating testing force for enterprises and medical facilities to avoid cross-infection; building safe enterprises to maintain production, especially manufacturing enterprises supplying essential goods.

The units and localities that have carried out screening tests must have signs on the "green zone" and must ensure stricter implementation of pandemic prevention and control measures to protect the "green zone".

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Loc Ha is assigned to work with the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and related branches to quickly implement social security policies; have a process to remove difficulties for affected subjects, following the direction of shortening the dossiers.

For production activities, it is necessary to strictly follow the direction of the province, only enterprises that ensure sufficient conditions and safety are allowed to operate. Enterprises that stop their operations must organize order, safety and carry out screening tests to bring workers back to their localities.
