Accordingly, deploying rapid testing of SAR-COV-2 and vaccination against Covid-19 for all employees, workers, small traders, managers, delivery staff who are working at units providing essential goods in the province and volunteers (Women's Union, Youth Union, militia, etc.) who support activities, participate in the supply of essential goods at business locations of the units.
Giving priority for vaccination by level from high risk to low risk based on the following criteria: Very high risk areas (cities: Thu Dau Mot, Thuan An, Di An and Tan Uyen town); at-risk areas (Ben Cat town, Bau Bang district); new normal areas (districts: Dau Tieng, Phu Giao, Bac Tan Uyen). Having areas bordering Ho Chi Minh City: Thuan An, Di An. Towns and cities with high population density, many lockdown and quarantine areas, a large number of infections: Thuan An, Di An, Thu Dau Mot cities.
Testing will be started from July 28, 2021, regularly and periodically according to the regulations of the Ministry of Health.
Vaccination will be started from August 2021 according to the allocation plan of the Provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control to each unit.
Testing location: For supermarkets, commercial centers, convenience store chains and mobile sales enterprises, the Department of Industry and Trade cooperates with the Center for Disease Control of the province and the Health Centers of the districts, towns and cities to directly collect samples at the business location of the unit. For traditional markets, the Market Management Board proactively arranges for the Market Management Board, small business traders, workers and staff to prepare the location and coordinate with the testing team organized by the Department of Industry and Trade.
Vaccination site: For traditional markets, convenience stores, deploying vaccination at Health centers of districts, towns and cities. For supermarkets, commercial centers, mobile sales enterprises, deploying vaccination at the Provincial Hospital, the Provincial Center for Disease Control (CDC).
The units arrange the list of staff, employees and small traders and divide into 3 phases. Phase 1: Members of the Covid-19 Safety Groups at the unit, people who are in regular contact with customers and goods transporters (billing section, security, etc.). Phase 2: Product lines, distribution of goods in the unit, etc. Phase 3: Remaining sections.
It is expected that about 7,000 people will be tested and vaccinated.
