In this period, the Kim Oanh Foundation donated the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front a multi-function oxygen ventilator system, 11 high-flow oxygen therapy ventilators, 42 sets of consumables for machine connection, 3,000 N95 masks and 800 medical protective clothing, totaling over 1.9 billion VND. Previously, Kim Oanh Foundation also donated 9,000 rapid test kits, 10 high-flow oxygen therapy ventilators to the Provincial General Hospital and Ben Cat Town Medical Center, worth over 2.3 billion VND.
