Binh Duong: Reflections related to the Covid-19 pandemic, call the Hotline 1022

​PORTAL – Performing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, Binh Duong Department of Information and Communications has deployed a channel to receive and process information to support people facing difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic via the hotline system 1022.

Accordingly, the Binh Duong hotline system 1022 (Call Center 1022) receives relevant reflections in the pandemic prevention and control by timeframe 24/7 and transfers to agencies and units for timely processing; the processing must not exceed 5 hours after receiving.

Information received and processed by Call Center 1022 includes: Reflections on compliance with regulations in Covid-19 prevention and control, local people's difficulties; regimes and policies for people related to the Covid-19 pandemic in the area; giving suggestions and proposing effective and practical solutions on pandemic prevention and control for the locality. All personal information of the reflector is kept confidential in order to prevent acts of infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of information providers.  

 

Mr. Le Tuan Anh - Director of the Department of Information and Communications said that since the whole province implemented Directive 16 of the Prime Minister, on average, the Call Center 1022 has received 500-700 phone calls and messages from organizations and individuals every day asking about the implementation of regimes and policies related to the Covid-19 pandemic; local regulations on pandemic prevention and control, etc. These contents were immediately answered by Call Center 1022. For the content of handling violations on pandemic prevention and control, reporting cases of contact with F1, F0 but not making health declaration, the Call Center 1022 will transfer to the functional branch for inspection and handling.

The Department of Information and Communications is also studying to supplement the content of health consultation via Call Center 1022 to support people in pandemic prevention and control.
