The vehicle drivers limit stopping, parking, contacting other people, operate the vehicle according to the correct transport route, record the transport journey, list of contact cases; regularly open windows to ensure vehicle ventilation and fully implement pandemic prevention and control measures (5K message, making health declarations, wearing a mask during transport, using anti-pandemic clothing during loading and unloading of goods if necessary, sanitizing hands regularly, disinfecting vehicles every day, etc.).
The Department of Health coordinates with local Police, local socio-political and health organizations to arrange rest stops to organize convenient sampling and testing for SARS-CoV-2 (Free testing for drivers of vehicles transporting essential goods, goods serving production and business that have been issued by the competent authority with priority ID cards of green direction on traffic routes, with QR code).
