Accordingly, the Project is implemented in the entire Binh Duong province; gathers and raises awareness of youth male and female workers and young laborers living and working in the province, aged 18-40 years old, through the consolidation form of establishments of youth union branches, association branches, clubs, teams, groups of youth workers and young labors under the Youth Union and the Women's Union at all levels in inns, worker dormitories, social housing areas, in enterprises and in residential areas in the period of 2021 - 2025.
The Project is implemented in 05 years, from 1st quarter of 2021 to December 2025. The implementation divergence of phase 01 is from 1st quarter of 2021 to December 2023, phase 02 is from January 2024 to December 2025.
The project will promote the work of uniting, gathering youth workers and young labors to participate in socio-political organizations, contribute to stabilizing security and order, social safety, ideological work among youth workers to be guaranteed. The lives of youth workers will have effective steps of improvement, youth workers' children will be cared for and supported in terms of health and education; youth workers and young labors will receive legal support, issues of establishing their positions in life, setting up a business, and start-up; subjects with special difficulties receive attention and help promptly.
At the same time, helping to expand and strengthen the work of uniting, gathering and raising awareness of youth workers and young labors; helping, creating motivation, will to self-control and self-build activities suitable for more than 100,000 youth workers and young labors now, to ensure that they are gathered in the youth union and association in the entire province.
Specific objectives, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises, meeting legitimate needs and interests and creating an awareness of building "Binh Duong is the second home" of youth workers and young labors. Ensuring the work of uniting, gathering youth workers and young labors in the province by 2025 to reach 30% and the orientation to 2030 will reach 60% according to the set target of joining the unions, associations. Continuing to review, support and maintain development and focus on improving the quality of activities of more than 2,000 youth union branches, association branches, clubs, teams, groups of youth in inns, existing enterprises with more than 100,000 youth union members, association members; considering consolidation and dissolution of youth unions, associations that do not guarantee the charter regulations. Establishing 500 new association branches, clubs, teams, groups of youth workers and young labors in residential areas with 50,000 youth association members or more; 125 youth union branches, association branches in the enterprises with 30,000 youth union members, association members, etc.
