The emulation movement commemorates the 60th anniversary of the FPF-RPF 's Traditional Day and the 20th anniversary of national fire prevention day was deployed to all cadres, soldiers, civil servants, officials, union members, members of agencies units, localities, employees and people from now to the end of August 2021.
The plan focuses on implementing key contents: Organizing extensive political activities to educate cadres, soldiers and people about the history of development, meaning, pride, glorious traditions of 60 years of construction, combat and growth of the FPF-RPF and 20 years of the national fire prevention day.
Emulation to well fulfill the targets and tasks of each assigned agency, unit or locality, contribute to implement the tasks of ensuring social security, order and safety according to Directive No. 01- CT/TU dated December 7, 2020 of the Provincial Party Committee. Implement synchronous measures to prevent, minimize the number of major fires and explosions causing serious damage, absolutely protect the safety of cultural and political activities and events taking place in the province in 2021, especially the election of delegates to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021 – 2026 tenure.
Enhancing the roles and responsibilities of the managers of all levels, agencies, units and businesses for fire prevention, fighting and rescue work; strengthen self-inspection, urge to implement the work of ensuring the safety of fire prevention, fighting and rescue, rectify and immediately overcome the weakness, shortcomings, violations of fire prevention, fighting and rescue.
Organize the effective implementation of the movement that the entire population take part in fire prevention, fighting and rescue work, in association with the movement that the whole population protect the national security with many feasible methods and measures, closely follow the reality, suitable with the characteristics of each agency, unit, locality, thereby bringing in depth the work of building the movement of the entire population joining fire prevention, fighting and rescue work, creating active participation and strong response among the masses of people. Have good initiatives, models, ways to apply to the work of fire prevention, fighting and rescue; clever, creative in combat, serving for combat and successfully completing missions, recognized by managers at all levels.
Provincial police monitor, inspect, urge and guide the implementation of this Plan. Coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs in guiding the review and proposal to praise and reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement.
