The enforcement location is at no. 17/7, Group 7, Quarter 1, Dinh Hoa Ward, Thu Dau Mot City (the East is 50m from My Phuoc - Tan Van Road; the South is 70m from N1 road; the West and North borders the 1,500-bed Hospital area under construction), an area of 3,516.5m2, with grade-4 house and assets on the land. The land is in the clearance area for implementing the Construction Project of the 1,500-bed Hospital and a number of State works invested by the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board.
The 1,500-bed Hospital with a total investment capital of more than 2,300 billion VND is deployed in Dinh Hoa ward, Thu Dau Mot city. This is a health project that Binh Duong people, especially workers and employees expect, because the examination and treatment at the provincial General Hospital (512 beds) is currently overloaded. The operation of the hospital will create favorable conditions for the provincial Health branch to further improve the quality of health care, address the increasing demand for medical examination and treatment of people in the province and surrounding areas. However, currently in the construction project of the 1,500-bed Hospital, there is still 01 household (Mrs. V.T.K.T's household) that has not yet agreed to receive compensation for relocation. This is one of the reasons causing slow project schedule.
In the case of Mrs. V.T.K.T, the People's Committee of Thu Dau Mot City has directed agencies, committees and branches to fully implement the procedures of compensation, support and propose support plans. City and local leaders have met, advocated and explained in person many times, but Mrs. T still did not agree to receive compensation amount and hand over the site. Therefore, in order to speed up the project implementation schedule for the common benefit of the community, it is necessary to carry out the enforcement procedures for land acquisition for Mrs. V.T.K.T.
The People's Committee of Thu Dau Mot City has prepared an enforcement plan to ensure absolute safety, while continuing to propagate, advocate, persuade, and ensure the legal rights and interests of citizens, and create favorable conditions for Mrs. V.T.K.T's household to settle down in a new place.
