According to the report of the Provincial EC, up to now, the preparation for the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Council at all levels for the 2021-2026 tenure in the province has basically completed the work in accordance with the law, on schedule, on time prescribed, ensuring safety, meeting requirements in all work related to the election.
The total number of voters in the province is 1,761,399; Binh Duong is expected to have 1,100 polling stations. As of March 19, 2021, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at all levels in the province completed the second consultation meeting according to regulations. For the province, unifying the preliminary list of 16 local candidates for the 15th National Assembly deputies, in which 02 are self-nominated; 121 people were candidates for the Provincial People's Council, of which 04 were self-nominated.

After listening to the report, members of the inspection and supervision delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee highly appreciated the preparation for election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Council at all levels for the 2021-2026 tenure of Binh Duong province. Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Huu Dung noted that Binh Duong needs to focus on extensive propaganda among all classes of people, especially workers; strengthen grasping the situation, analyzing, forecasting, promptly detecting and fighting against the conspiracy and activities of the hostile forces to destroy. Fully and best preparing the conditions to ensure the election takes place in democratic, safe and economical manner.
