1. Selection criteria:
- Enterprises export directly and make profits in the year of selection;
- Not violating Vietnamese laws, not being sued by domestic and foreign partners about contractual obligations;
- Fulfilling tax obligations, without tax debts to the State;
- Not being forced to stop carrying out procedures for goods import and export, not violating environmental laws;
- Export turnover in 2020 reached the minimum level for each specific group of goods (Attached to the Appendix for selection criteria for minimum export turnover in 2020).
2. Components of selection profile: Enterprises complete their profiles as guided in Decision no. 911/QD-BCT dated April 12, 2019 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, specifically:
- An application form for selection of a Prestigious exporting enterprise in 2020 (in the attached form) and is posted on the web portal of the Department of Industry and Trade: http://socongthuong.binhduong.gov.vn;
- Business registration certificate or investment certificate: 01 copy certified and stamped true copy of the enterprise.
- Copies of certificates of merit, certificates of awards that the enterprise was commended for in the year before the selection time (if any).
Enterprises that meet the above selection criteria please send 02 sets of Profile for selection registration to the Trade Management Division - Binh Duong Department of Industry and Trade (address: 8th Floor, Tower A, Administrative Center of Binh Duong Province, Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province) before April 02, 2021 for the Department of Industry and Trade to synthesize and select according to regulations.
