At the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Xuan - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Binh Duong Youth Union reviewed the tradition of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. After 90 years of training and maturity, inheriting the glorious historical traditions of the nation, under the leadership of the Party and beloved Uncle Ho, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union has continuously grown, is truly a socio-political organization of the youth, the Party's reliable reserve team, the revolutionary impulsive force; representing for care and protection of legal and legitimate rights and interests of youths; being in charge of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization and taking care of and educating the young pioneers and children.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Van Nam praised the achievements of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Binh Duong province.  The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee noted that, in the coming time, the Provincial Youth Union needs to focus on a number of key issues; Specifically, building a strong Youth Union organization, being a Party's reliable reserve team; upholding national pride, turning difficulties into actions, arousing the spirit of aspirations and bravery of the youth, and being impulsive at the forefront of movements. Particularly, the Youth Union organization must do well the work of political education, cultural ideology for the youth, fostering the young generation with sufficient political capabilities and bravery to meet the requirements of the locality and the country in the new situation; Renovating methods and contents of operation, expanding the united front to gather youths, especially young knowledge and workers, being closely with the grassroots level; Building practical and effective models with specific characteristics of Binh Duong; solving well the needs and aspirations of youths, etc.
