The meeting approved the report on the candidate recommendation of agencies, organizations, units and self-nominated candidates for the National Assembly and provincial People's Council Term X, tenure 2021-2026. According to the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, most of the candidate dossiers meet the requirements of procedures, conditions of recommendation or self-nomination. As of 5:00 p.m. on March 11, 2021, 13 agencies and units were allotted to ensure that they send complete and correct dossiers to introduce candidates to the 15th National Assembly. All 14 people nominated by agencies, organizations and units have achieved 100% credit from the voters where they work. Along with 02 self-nominated people, the total list of candidates for the 15th National Assembly deputies in Binh Duong province is 16 people (balance of 3 people). Structure is combination of 07 females, 05 children under 40 years old, 03 cases of re-election.
For delegates of the provincial People's Council Term X, tenure 2021-2026 including 117 people nominated by 96 agencies, organizations and units for provincial People's Council gain credit from 98% to 100% from public voters where they work. Along with 04 self-nominated people, a total of 121 candidates are candidates for the Provincial People's Council (balance of 03). In which, there are 44 women, 28 children under 40 years old; 12 people outside the Party; 38 people re-elected; 04 people in ethnic group; 03 people in religion.
