Agencies, units and localities make the first declaration as guided in the Provincial People's Committee's Official dispatch no. 279/UBND-NC dated January 21, 2021 and complete before March 31, 2021. The annual asset and income declarations, additional declarations for 2021 will be made at the end of 2021 and completed before December 31, 2021.
Agencies, units and localities that manage and use the persons obliged to make asset and income declarations continue to review and inspect the asset and income declarations, hand over 01 Declaration to the Provincial Inspectorate - the local agency controls assets and income, as guided in the Official dispatch no. 279/UBND-NC dated January 21, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee and complete by April 15, 2021 at the latest. Particularly, the declaration subject who is Directors of Departments, branches and equivalent or higher specified in the 2018 Anti-Corruption Law, submitting to the Anti-corruption Bureau (Bureau IV) - Government Inspectorate, address: Lot 29D, New urban area, Pham Van Bach Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi City, completing before April 30, 2021.
Agencies, units and localities shall report on the control of assets, income and submit to the Legal - Anti-corruption Division - Provincial Inspectorate, 5th Floor, Tower B, Provincial Administration Center before May 10, 2021.
