Through a unique code on the receipt of the application, people can use electronic wallets and banking applications to scan and make payments.
Payment through the provincial public service portal allows people and businesses to pay fees for performing administrative procedures through VNPT Pay's services at the address: http://dichvucong.binhduong.gov.vn.

In the coming time, the Provincial Public Service Portal will continue being upgraded to provide 01 scan code (QR Code) according to international standards (EMVCo) and add a number of other payment methods to help people and businesses diversify the choice of electronic payment services.

Delivering a speech at the ceremony, Mr. Lai Xuan Thanh - Director of the Department of Information and Communications said that the service is expected to be expanded to the People's Committees of districts and communes in the first quarter of 2021. The province will also continue to improve the system to provide diversified forms of payment to people in addition to the current system and provide additional electronic receipts to collect fees and charges completely on the electronic environment for people and businesses. He suggested that representatives of departments, sectors and service providers together explore the system for best serve to people and businesses.
At the same time, accompanying the Department of Information and Communications to implement the digital transformation process and build Binh Duong Smart City, it is aimed for 80% of provincial population having an electronic payment account under the direction of the Prime Minister at Decision 749 / QD-TTg approving the "National digital transformation program to 2025, with a vision to 2030".
Instructions
for online payment:
- Step 1: People and businesses logging into the
Provincial Public Service Portal will receive a notification in the section
"Manage documents" and click on "Request for payment", at
the detailed table to select the required profile for online fees and charges
payment and click on the "VNPT Pay" icon.
- Step 2: Fill full information in the folder
"Payment content" and click "Payment".
- Step 3: Choose a form of payment, including: 34
domestic banks, 4 international cards and VNPT Pay e-wallet.
- Step 4: Successful payment will be deducted from the
respective bank's account and the notice "Successful transaction"
will appear on the Provincial Public Service Portal. After that, the documents
will be transferred to the section "Receiving documents online" and
the one-stop officer will process normally on the centralized electronic
one-stop software.
