​Accordingly, Department of Foreign Affairs - Ministry of Foreign Affairs will support Binh Duong and Becamex IDC in international integration, especially organize conferences, seminars to connect localities, domestic businesses with foreign partners when needed, inform and create conditions for Becamex IDC to participate in international conferences and seminars locally and abroad organized by Department of Foreign Affairs. Binh Duong will be supported to promote the image and Becamex IDC's products and services at events hosted by Department of Foreign Affairs and at the expense of Beamex IDC. The Department will introduce foreign delegations to visit, work and explore cooperation opportunities in Binh Duong and with Becamex IDC, support foreign business delegations of Binh Duong and Becamex IDC.

To the side of Becamex IDC, there are policies to support in organizing international conferences and seminars locally and abroad; supporting local leader's delegations and foreign businesses introduced by Department of Foreign Affairs to explore investment opportunities, meet potential partners in Binh Duong, etc.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Ngoc Thuan - General Director of Becamex IDC said that signing the cooperation agreement with Department of Foreign Affairs - Ministry of Foreign Affairs was of very important significance for Beacmex IDC to expand international cooperation, investment promotion, connecting domestic and foreign exchanges, contributing to promoting cooperation activities in fields related to economy, culture, foreign affairs, international events.​
