​Attending were Mr. Nguyen Hoang Thao - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Vo Van Minh - Member of Provincial Standing Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Van Loc - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Ms. Nguyen Minh Thuy - Member of the Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Truc - Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee; with representatives of leaders of some departments, branches of the province, leaders of the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities and 700 disadvantaged students and children in the province.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Truc - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee praised the students for their efforts and good achievements in the past school year; Especially children in difficult circumstances always make efforts, strive to rise up, become good children, good students, and are the pride of their families and teachers. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Truc acknowledged and deeply thanked the departments, unions, businesses, and philanthropists for always accompanying, sharing with the locality to take good care of the life, material and spirit for the disadvantaged students and children in the province over the years.

At the program, the Organizing Committee awarded 295 scholarships, 25 bicycles, 13 computers for students; long-term support for 21 children under the program "Each compassionate heart gives wings to a dream" with the amount of 252 million VND; at the same time presented 700 mid-autumn festival gifts with the amount of 500,000 VND/ each gift to 700 disadvantaged children in the province, with the total value of the program up to 2 billion VND.

On this occasion, Binh Duong Sponsoring Council of the Child Protection Fund received VND 2.8 billion from businesses inside and outside the province. The Provincial People's Committee awarded the Medal of Gratitude to the sponsors.
