Accordingly, adjusting the number of people working in public non-business units in 2020 is 26,176 targets, including 23,645 personnels and 2,531 contracts according to Decree no. 68/2000/ND-CP; medical non-business units: 3,697 targets, including 3,644 personnels and 53 contracts according to Decree no. 68/2000/ND-CP; other non-business units: 546 targets, including 490 personnels and 56 contracts according to Decree no. 68/2000/ND-CP. The number of people working in Associations with specific characteristics: 84 targets.
