Consultation support via a network of consultants: Support 100% of consulting contract value for at least 03 micro enterprises; support funding is not more than VND 03 million/1 enterprise. Support 30% of consulting contract value for at least 05 small businesses; support funding is not more than VND 05 million/1 enterprise. Support 10% of consulting contract value for at least 10 medium-sized enterprises; support funding does not exceed VND 10 million/1 enterprise.
Legal support: Organize tax policy training for start-up enterprises; organize workshop to introduce investment policies in agriculture and rural areas.
Support for SMEs of innovative startups: Provide training 03 classes with topics to support enterprises on intellectual property law; procedures for establishing the rights of intellectual property objects; procedures to protect intellectual property rights; information search and assessment of ability to protect trademarks. Train courses on basic knowledge of intellectual property law, industrial property rights; improve Intellectual property management at the enterprises; support the cost of registration to establish intellectual property rights, etc.
Support in the field of Standards - Measurement – Quality: Support enterprises to certify and announce standard and regulation conformity; support enterprises in the application and certification of advanced quality management systems, etc.
Performing information and propaganda activities to support SMEs; organizing conferences and workshops to support SMEs.
