​Accordingly, for the 9 groups of plants with technical and economic norms, there are a number of groups that have increased the list of plants compared to Decision 45/2016/QD-UBND such as fruit trees, industrial trees, flowering trees, grasses used for animal feed, etc. For 03 groups of livestock models with economic and technical norms, the cattle and fishery groups remain the same as Decision 45/2016/QD-UBND. Particularly, the poultry group adds 01 category.
