Pursuant to Circular no. 85/2019/TT-BTC guiding the fees and charges under the deciding competence of the People's Councils of provinces and centrally-run cities (effective from January 13, 2020) replacing Circular no. 250/2016/TT-BTC dated November 11, 2016 of the Ministry of Finance, Provincial People's Council issued Resolution no. 02/2020/NQ-HDND dated July 20, 2020 regulating the collection, payment and management of appraisal fees for detailed environmental impact assessment report and environmental protection scheme; appraisal fees for environmental rehabilitation and restoration plan, additional environmental rehabilitation and restoration plan in Binh Duong province (effective from August 01, 2020) to replace the Resolution no. 70/2016/NQ-HDND9 dated December 16, 2016 of the Provincial People's Council. The fee collection will be done according to the Resolution no. 02/2020/NQ-HDND dated July 20, 2020 of the Provincial People's Council.
Pursuant to Clause 4, Article 154 of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents in 2015: "If a legal document expires, the legal document detailing its implementation shall also expire". Therefore, the entire Decision no. 57/2016/QD-UBND dated December 20, 2016 of the Provincial People's Committee regulating the collection, payment and management of appraisal fees for detailed environmental impact assessment report and environmental protection scheme; appraisal fees for environmental rehabilitation and restoration plan, additional environmental rehabilitation and restoration plan in Binh Duong province is annulled.
