In implementing the Master Program on State PAR in the period 2011-2020, over the past 10 years, Tan Uyen Town has proactively performed the key tasks of the PAR work, step by step building a civilized and modern administrative system, well serving the legitimate requirements of the people and enterprises. PAR propaganda has been promoted. The control of administrative procedures (AP) is strictly implemented. The town People's Committee is implementing the one-stop, interconnected one-stop mechanism with 45 fields and 280 AP; implementing online public services at level 3, including 50 district-level AP, 07 commune-level AP. The quality of solving AP has been significantly improved.
According to the published results of the PAR Index of the Binh Duong provincial People's Committee, in 2019, the town People's Committee reached 97.06 points, ranked 3/9 districts, towns and cities, up 3.46 points and up 1 level compared to 2018. For the People's Committees of communes, wards and towns, there are 09 communes, wards increasing level and 03 communes and wards decreasing level compared to 2018, in which, some communes and wards achieved outstanding results such as Thanh Phuoc ward ranked 11/91 communes and wards in the province, up 23 places compared to 2018; Tan Phuoc Khanh ward ranked the 22nd, up 57 places; Tan Vinh Hiep ward ranked 24th, up 59 places, etc.

In the 2021 - 2030 period, Tan Uyen town continues to strengthen the direction, administration, and awareness of administrative institutional reform; strengthen monitoring of law enforcement in association with inspection of legal documents and control of AP; continue to review, statistic and evaluate the current situation of AP, propose improvements and simplify unnecessary documents and procedures to facilitate people and enterprises; well implement the one-stop, interconnected one-stop mechanism in solving AP; promote propaganda about online public services at level 3 and public postal services for people to know and implement, etc.
Concluding the conference, Mr. Doan Hong Tuoi - Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee, Chairman of the Town People's Committee suggested that in the coming time, the communes and wards rearrange the job positions for cadres after the Party Congress on the principle of suitability in terms of competency, professional qualifications, profession and ethics; consider the reception of AP on Saturdays, depending on the local actual situation in order to create conditions to better serve the people. Chairman of the town People's Committee affirmed that the town People's Committee will ensure investment in facilities and equipment for localities to well implement the PAR; simultaneously, create conditions for training for the contingent of PAR cadres to perform well their tasks. In addition, he proposed to speed up the provision of online public services at level 3, 4 and public postal services, striving from now to the end of the year to deploy the provision of 60-70 PARs in the form of online public service at level 3; intensify propaganda and mobilize people to use public postal services; strengthen the application of information technology in PAR, updating the progress of implementing AP for people to look up. The town People's Committee will also arrange work schedules in the direction of reducing meetings, creating conditions for commune and ward leaders to be present in the locality to promptly process documents and settle procedures within the day for people. He emphasized, it is needed to do well "5 know" (know how to listen to people, know how to speak for people to understand, know how to make people believe, know to apologize and know to thank), "3 show" (respect, civilization, close to the people), transferring from "administration" to "serving" the people.
