​Accordingly, there are 44 standardized administrative procedures, of which 38 are under the jurisdiction of the Department of Information and Communications and 06 administrative procedures are under the jurisdiction of the district People's Committee.

This Decision takes effect from August 11, 2020 and replaces Decision no. 1284/QD-UBND, dated May 17, 2019 of the Provincial People's Committee on publishing administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the Department of Information and Communications, district People's Committee of Binh Duong province.
