​Attending the meeting were Mr. Nguyen Van Loc - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of Commission for Mass Mobilization of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Truc - Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee.

In 05 years (2015-2020), the province has been entrusted by the budget, mobilizing units, organizations and individuals to support, lend and supplement from loan fees with the amount of nearly VND 67.4 billion. Raising the total SFF of the province under the management of the three levels as of June 30, 2020 is VND 133,120 billion, an increase of 1.77 times compared to December 31, 2015. From mobilized and additional capital, revolving capital and entrusted budget capital (excluding the capital entrusted by the Central Government), over the past 5 years, the Farmers' Union of the province, districts, towns and cities have considered to lend 9,018 farmer households with the amount of VND 216,282 billion to implement 470 projects, mainly invest in husbandry, cultivation and services, etc.

The project "Renovating and improving the operation efficiency of the SFF in the period 2020-2025" is implemented with a total estimated budget of VND 150 billion, lending to 2,672 households, with a maximum loan amount of VND 100 million/household, loan fee 0.5%/month. The borrowers are members of farmers having difficulty, lack of capital, need and have conditions to implement the capital source in accordance with regulations, have household registry at the lending place and do not suffer from social evils.

Speaking at the meeting, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hoang Thao emphasized that the SFF must promote efficiency, safely manage, exploit the right subjects, and provide loans to individuals with suitable production scale, the loan should be integrated into projects with social development benefits such as clean agricultural products, creative start-ups, etc.
