​The abolition of Decision 34/2018/QD-UBND on the implementation of Conclusion No.51/KL-KTrVB of the Department of Legal Normative Documents Inspection, Ministry of Justice examining the Decision No.34/2018/QD-UBND​ dated December 20, 2018 of the People's Committee of Binh Duong Province on the issuance of service charges of land registration, assets attached to land, Certificates of land use rights, ownership of houses and other land-attached assets (separately) in Binh Duong province is without a legal basis, incompatible with the provisions of the 2012 Law on Prices, the 2015 Law on Fees and Charges and its implementing documents.​
