BEGIC - ​The provincial People's Committee directs the implementation of administrative procedures in the "new normal" period.

Accordingly, departments, agencies, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities urgently review the administrative centers provided online level 3, level 4 and receiving at post offices that regularly generate records, the application file is simple, easy to implement, proactively consider and choose to pilot the application of receiving 100% online and via public postal services; select administrative procedures and pilot to pay 100% of administrative procedure dossiers with 03 working days or more via public postal service. The administrative procedures with less than 3 days' resolution or urgent and important administrative procedures or when people and businesses have come to the One Stop Service etc. then must receive directly. The rest of the administrative procedures are encouraged and propagated to create a habit for people, businesses to submit and receive administrative procedures, which have been implemented via online and public postal services. Encourage 100% of administrative procedures to return results via public postal. Publicly and clearly publicize the above lists of administrative procedures in many forms and through the media to enable the people and businesses to understand the implementation. Focus on timely handling of administrative procedures to be solved within a day, administrative procedures related to production and business activities, establishment and renaming of administrative units and related administrative procedures should be commented and settled by the concerned agencies so that people and businesses can soon deploy and develop production and business. At the same time, timely settlement of results for people and businesses, not allowing the situation to supplement the records many times, tackling administrative procedures or deliberately delaying, extending the time for administrative procedure settlement.

The provincial post office continues to coordinate with departments, branches and people's committees at district level to implement the process of receiving and returning administrative procedures via post. At the same time, improve the quality of services, time to transfer records and return administrative procedure results as committed and have preferential price policy to encourage people and organizations to use the service.​
