When detecting a fire, the company's fire prevention and fighting force quickly organize putting out the fire, moving production workers and assets out, at the same time, call for fire prevention forces units in the province to support because the fire has spread to the chemical storage area in the Company, fire spread over many places, many workers are trapped on the 3rd and 4th floors. After 10 minutes, the provincial fire prevention and fighting forces were present to rescue and organize the fire extinguishment. Because this is a big fire, local authorities have set up a Fire Prevention and Rescue Command Committee at the scene. Rehearsals take place in a scientific way, close to the actual production of the factory in the industrial zones in the province. Thereby, if a fire occurs, it can be flexibly applied in rescue and firefighting.

Speaking at the rehearsal, Mr. Dang Minh Hung - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that from the beginning of 2020 to now, there have been some fires in production facilities, causing damage estimated at tens of billion VND. Therefore, in parallel with the socio-economic development, the work of occupational safety and health and fire explosion prevention is one of the very important tasks for all levels, sectors, businesses and workers. The rehearsal aims to propagate and raise awareness for employers and employees in the implementation of the Law on occupational safety and sanitation. At the same time improve the awareness, responsibility and initiative of the heads of agencies and organizations; enhance the readiness to respond, handle promptly and effectively fire and explosion situations when they occur.
At the end of the rehearsal, Mr. Dang Minh Hung suggested, the Steering Committee organizes a meeting to comprehensively evaluate the pros and cons, in coordination work; thereby drawing experience in fire prevention, rescue, and supplementing and completing the provincial plan.
