Accordingly,
Management Board of Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park was merged into Binh
Duong Industrial Zones Authority (referred as Management Board) since May 22,
2020. The Management Board is a unit directly under the Provincial People's
Committee, having its own legal status, account and seal; has a Head and no
more than 03 Deputy Head appointed by the Chairman of the Provincial People's
Committee. The Management Board consists of 06 rooms; functions and duties of
the Board are specified in Article 63 of Decree No. 82/2018/ND-CP dated May 22,
2018 of the Government and other relevant legal documents.
On
this occasion, the provincial People's Committee also awarded Decision of the
Chairman of Provincial People's Committee to appoint Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung -
Deputy Head of Management Board of Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park to hold
the position of Deputy Head of Binh Duong Industrial Zones Authority. Thus, the
leaders of Binh Duong Industrial Zones Authority include: Mr. Bui Minh Tri - Head;
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung hold the position of Deputy
Head.
