​Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee granted the retirement decision according to the regime to Mr. Lam Van Man - Member of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh Hao - Deputy Director of Construction Department; granted reappointment decision to Mr. Ngo Hoang Luan - Deputy Head of Internal Affairs Division of Provincial Party Committee.
