Under the kind supports from Daejeon city, preparation for the event including the 11th WTA General Assembly, the 2018 Global Innovation Forum, the WTA Mayors' Forum, the Forum of WTA Universities' Presidents and the 2018 Hi-tech Fair have been done. Provincial People's Committee has urged departments and localities to cooperate to ensure the success of the event.

Mr. Tran Van Nam highly evaluated the efforts of relevant sectors while requesting that they should review carefully as well as sketch out backup plans. He expected the event would be hosted successfully to bring good image of Binh Duong to those coming to Binh Duong for the event and to the world, to prove the hospitality as well as to reveal the trend of development of Binh Duong in the future.
