The ceremony was attended by Tran Van Nam, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, also Head of provincial National Assembly Delegation; Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Secretary of provincial Party Committee, also Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Chairmen of provincial People's Committee and People's Council; leaders of provincial departments and sectors.
The distinguished guests included Her Tae Jeong, Mayor of Daejeon city of South Korea, Chairman of WTA; Kim Jong Cheong, Chairman of Daejeon's Council; Kang Beung Joo, WTA's General Secretary; Rob Van Gijzel, former Mayor of Netherland's Eindhoven city. Chairman of ICF; Michael Croft, Head of UNUESCO's representative office in Viet Nam; leaders of universities of Viet Nam and South Korea; leaders of cities and members of WTA.
The final round of the competition took place on Oct, 10th in Binh Duong – based EIU with the participation of 14 teams from Viet Nam and South Korea. After 3 rounds, one special prize, one first prize, one initiative prize, 4 impressive prizes and seven incentive prizes would be awarded. The team iNut Smatcity of Viet Nam with iNut Smartcity application, the connection platform for smart city through the application developers won the special award. The team SK2 from South Korea's Hannam University won the first prize of the competition.
