The Vietnam-China Friendship Association of Binh Duong Province was established on July 25th 2017 to introduce information to the people of province on history, country, people, culture and achievements of the Chinese people as well as the relationship between the people of Vietnam and the people of China. Maintaining solidarity and friendship between the people and the state of Vietnam and China and promote the cooperation of the two countries in the renewal period.

The Congress approved the Association's activities program for the term 2017-2022. In particular, stabilize and consolidate the association; continue to develop membership and conduct pilot establishment associations in some Chinese businesses and some universities; mobilize Chinese organizations and businesses to sponsor a number of social security programs in the province.

The Congress also voted for the Executive Committee for the term of 2017-2022 including 21 comrades; The Standing Committee consists of 07 comrades, including 01 Chairman and 04 Vice Chairman. Mr. Pham Hong Te - Former Deputy Director of Binh Duong Foreign Affairs Department holds the position of Chairman of the Association.

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Dang Minh Hung believed, The Vietnam - China Friendship Association of Binh Duong province has been growing and organizing successfully the Resolution of the first Congress. He also suggested, the Union of Friendship Organizations of provinces, departments and branches in collaboration to create favorable conditions for the Vietnam-China Friendship Association of Binh Duong province to operate effectively, contribute to strengthen and develop the people's external affairs.
