The meeting considered
proposals for developing the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on:
Regulating
the level of physical facilities support for independent children in industrial
zones in Binh Duong province from 2017 to 2020; Promulgating
policies to support livelihood improvement for a number of policy beneficiaries
and people with merits in the province; amending and supplementing the Resolution
No.64/2011/NQ-HDND8 of the Provincial People's Council, term VIII on the
approval of funeral expenses for some people in the province; Regulating
number and mode of support for commune veterinary staff in the province;
promulgating
support policy for application of good agricultural practices in agriculture,
forestry and fisheries.
According to the Proposal
on regulating the level of physical facilities support for independent children,
the
target is the childcare facilities in the industrial zone and the establishment
of new qualified licensees operating under the provisions and 50% of children
under 36 months of age are children of workers in industrial zones in Binh
Duong province. The maximum one-time subsidy is 25
million dong for establishments with between 15 and 30 children; 35 million dong
for facilities with 31 to less than 50 children.
The main content of the
Proposal for issuance of policies to support people with merits in the province
is
monthly allowance for three groups of people with merits, including people
with meritorious services are receiving allowances, monthly allowances; relatives
of people with merits; activists of resistance to national liberation, national
defense and international obligations shall be entitled to lump-sum allowances,
besides enjoying no other regimes. In addition, support for price difference
for war invalids, people with meritorious deeds and relatives who are provided
with aids, orthopedic instruments upon the due date.

Conclusion the meeting,
Mr. Tran Thanh Liem basically agreed with contents of proposals, however, it is
necessary to continue reviewing to agree on the number of children per group,
the level of support for independent children in the industrial zone, as well
as groups of people with merit beneficiaries of funeral in the
province. Based on comments at the meeting, Provincial Women's Union,
Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Agriculture and
Rural Development continue to supplement and complete the content of the
submission to the PPC for approval and submit to the Provincial People's
Council at the end of 2017.
