After 7 years of implementation, emulation movement " Excellent labor, creative labor " has received the enthusiastic response of the employees, workers in the province and achieved practical results. There were 5.621 innovations, technical improvements applied with a total value of over 1.500 billion dong, there are 05 themes and initiatives awarded by the General Confederation of Labor of Vietnam, 07 outstanding individuals awarded the Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister. Innovative solutions, technological process improvement, self-fabrication of equipment, spare parts and finding new materials of laborers have supported business to develop stably and firmly in the market. As a result, the emulation movement has promoted the development of all aspects of production, meeting requirements of sustainable development of businesses, contributing significantly to socio-economic development of Binh Duong province.
At the conference, 600 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Excellent labor, creative labor" representing 1,2 million labors in the whole province were commended and rewarded by the PPC.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Mr. Dang Minh Hung - Vice Chairman of the PPC acknowledged and praised the typical and outstanding achievements of workers in recent years.
He asked all levels, sectors and localities in the province to continue to care for and create favorable conditions for employees to promote their roles and actively participate in emulation movements launched by the province. At the same time, call laborers to work hard, emulate successfully; To actively research, create new topics, solutions and innovations to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of production.
