Accordingly, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs co-ordinates with provincial departments, sectors and people's committees of district to develop a plan to guide, propagate and disseminate basic contents of labor legislation; intensify coordination of inspection and examination of the observance of law provisions on the employment of foreign laborers; exchange information on violations of foreign employers and foreign employees to serve the management, inspection, processing etc.
Coordination is carried out in accordance with principles of observance of the law, right functions, duties and powers of each authority, ensure uniformity in state management, at the same time create favorable conditions for foreign workers in the province.
Compared with Decision 12/201/QD-UBND, Regulation on management coordination of foreign workers in province has changed the handling of violations, withdrawal of work permits etc. pursuant to the Government's Decree No.11/2016 / ND-CP dated February 3rd 2016 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Labor Law on foreign laborers working in Vietnam.
