attended.
This is a pilot project to encourage people to
change their travel habits, from the use of personal vehicles to frequent use
of public transportation. Accordingly, passengers traveling on the Becamex
Tokyu Bus use the Free Pass card and regular bus passes (IC cards) will be
offered free of charge at the parking lot. For passengers traveling on a day
ticket, parking at the parking lot will be subject to parking charges as
stipulated. The project will be piloted from June to November 2017.

After piloting the parking lot at Becamex Tower,
JICA will coordinate with the Department of Transportation to build 02 parking
lots for bus passengers at Le Thi Trung Street and Pham Ngoc Thach Street (besides
Provincial Library).

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman Mr. Tran
Thanh Liem highly appreciated the opening of commuter parking for bus
passengers and hoped that Tokyu Corporation (Japan) and the JICA Study’s Team
will continue to implement remaining contents of the project will improve the
management capacity of main transport system in Binh Duong's mass transit
system, including the fast bus project connecting Binh Duong New City with Ho
Chi Minh City to build Binh Duong increasingly civilized, rich and beautiful.
Vice Chairman of PPC also asked JICA to continue
supporting Binh Duong to deploy04 bus routes linking Di An, Thuan An, Tan Uyen
and Ben Cat townships with Binh Duong New City.

2017, Becamex Tokyu Bus Co., Ltd has sold bus tickets periodically for
passengers.
