Reported with Survey Delegation, Mr. Mai Son Dung - Director of Home Affairs Department said, to implement Decision No. 09/2015/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister regarding to promulgation of the Regulation on implementation of OSS, inter-OSS at local State administrative office, departments, agencies, sectors, People's Committees at district and communal levels in the province have strengthened the OSS model; Department of Home Affairs has organized training courses for officials and civil servants to thoroughly understand implementation process and manner, attitudes, codes of conduct and services in handling administrative procedures for organizations and individuals.

Up to date, there are 1.652 administrative procedures (100% of procedures) under jurisdiction of 20 departments, agencies and sectors organized under OSS, inter-OSS at the Provincial Public Administration Center. In particular, implementing with OSS is 1.518 administrative procedures; inter-OSS is 134 administrative procedures. For district level, 9/9 People's Committee of district, town, city, have implemented OSS, inter-OSS to solve 291 administrative procedures (100% procedures) under the jurisdiction of People's Committee of district, including 40 inter-administrative procedures. OSS, inter-OSS of districts, towns and cities are organized, strengthened and modernized. In the first quarter of 2017, People's Committee of district level received 74.118 dossiers (excluding intermediate dossiers), timely solved 58.195 dossiers (accounting for 92.2% of dossiers), expired 4.928 records (accounting for 7.8% of dossiers for settlement) and 10.999 dossiers remaining within settlement time limit.

Binh Duong well implements the one-stop shop (OSS) and inter- OSS

On behalf of Survey delegation, Mr. Ngo Hai Phan – Director of Department of Control of Administrative Procedure under the Office of the Government assessed that, Binh Duong province has well implemented OSS and inter-OSS. Receiving and solving administrative procedures at the Public Administrative Center, forms of direct and indirect results, deployment of IT applications of province has created favorable conditions for people and businesses. He noted recommendations and suggestions of Binh Duong province in working session.
