According to the reports of departments
and units supervised, since 1997, Binh Duong has been implementing 12 projects
using ODA and preferential loans from foreign donors with total capital of more
than 15.184 billion US dollars. The fields of implementation include: water
supply and drainage, rural electrification, technical assistance, solid waste
treatment, transportation, domestic waste water, vocational training.

Up to now, 07 projects have
been completed and put into operation, 05 projects are being implemented. Completed
projects have been used effectively to contribute to socio-economic development
of locality and improve quality of life for people.

recommendations of departments and units. At the same time, investor should
review completed projects to continue promoting operational efficiency; in case
of on-going projects, it is necessary to have solutions to overcome
difficulties and obstacles to implement as scheduled.
