The KOCHAM Tower is invested by BINH DUONG KOCHAM Co., Ltd (established by KOCHAM BINH DUONG) with 100% foreign investment capital. The construction is built on 1.500 m2 area with 8 floors and one basement. Total investment capital was $2.5 million US dollars. The tower is used for offices, education facilities, and Korea style Restaurants. The tower indicates not only for the friendship between Vietnam - Korea but also shows the need to create favorable conditions for investors to do business in Binh Duong.

At the ceremony, Permanent Vice Chairman of the PPC – Mr. Mai Hung Dung hoped, to put in use the KOCHAM Building, Korean Businesses Associations will have favorable conditions to promote the achievements gained, continues to be the dynamic and effective bridge between the provincial government and Korean businesses have been investing in the province. The provincial leaders and departments will always be ready to support, facilitate and promptly resolve the difficulties and problems, contribute to Korean enterprises in particular and investors in Binh Duong in generally effective and sustainable development.

Since its establishment until now, after more than 15 years of operation, KOCHAM Binh Duong has performed well its role as a bridge between Korean businesses in the province with the levels and sectors of the province, is the motivation for Korean businesses to successfully implemented business activities, contributing to create confidence in the investment environment of Binh Duong province. Currently, among 59 countries and territories with investment projects in Binh Duong, Korea ranks 3rd with 605 projects with a total investment of nearly 3 billion US dollars.
Besides promoting the production and business activities and contributing to the development of the province, KOCHAM Binh Duong also actively coordinates with departments, agencies and organizations in the province to jointly carry out charity-social programs, community support activities, typical such as the program "KOCHAM Scholarship - Lifting Dreams", supporting to build charity houses and giving Tet gifts for families with difficult circumstances.
