According to report of
provincial People's Committee, 2016, business development situation in province
had positive changes, the number of new registered business establishment and
registered capital highly increased. The province concentrated in directing,
issuing documents related to implementing administrative reform; focusing in
implementing solutions in order to improve investment and business
environment, promote productive activities, support businesses; regularly
organizing meetings with businesses, industry associations, investors to solve
difficulties for businesses. At the same time, labor training regularly
implemented widely in businesses under trade union; focused in implementing the
guidance of Central Government strictly and effectively, and committed to
creating a favorable business environment for businesses, between PPC and VCCI.

Until now, domestic
investment attraction in province currently is 25.671 registered businesses
with total capital of 190 trillion; foreign investment attraction of province
is 2.849 projects with total capital of 25.8 billion US dollars.
To achieve these results,
the province focused in implementing the guidance of Central Government
strictly and effectively, especially issued specific action plan to perform
resolutions and directives of Government, and committed to creating a favorable
business environment for businesses, between PPC and VCCI, focused in
administrative reform is an important driving force to change and improve the
business environment, to serve operational requirements for business community
operating in the province.
In
particular, the province will continue to support start-up businesses, strive
to 2020, increase 02 times the number of existing businesses in province, shorten
businesses registration time to 02 working days (Currently is 03 working days).
Speaking at the meeting, Mr.
Dau Anh Tuan - Head of Legal Department, VCCI thanked Binh Duong province for
shared many solutions to improve business environment and PCI index. He wished Binh Duong in the
near future will continue to implement more effective solutions to build
sustainable investment environment.
