At
the reception, Mr.Kelvin Teo informed the provincial leader of the VSIP
3 project in North Tan Uyen district. It will be developed into a smart
IP that has difference from others and is able to meet the province’s
requirements for development and integration. Tran

Mr.Nam
also spoke highly of the operational efficiency of VSIP during the past
20 years while agreeing with the VSIP 3 project. This will be a new
height of VSIP Group in line with the province’s development
orientation. He also suggested province-based VSIPs to aim at investors
with hi-tech projects; simultaneously consider and make orientations for
operational enterprises in improving their production lines. All aim at
building up province-based VSIPs that take the lead in production,
environment, human resource training and hi-tech application.
On
the afternoon of the same day, Tran Thanh Liem, Vice-Secretary of
provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People’s Committee
also welcomed Mr.Kelvin Teo. The chairman congratulated VSIP on its
