Attending the event was Nguyen Thanh Binh, the Souther Director of Minister of Justice and Dang Minh Hung, the Deputy Chair of Provincial People's Committee cum President of Law Dissemination and Education Council of the province along with leaders of departments, sectors, agencies, Ben Cat Town, representatives of enterprises, and over 3,000 factory workers locally.

Addressing the ceremony, Dang Minh Hung, the Deputy Chair of Provincial People's Committee cum President of Law Dissemination and Education Council of the province informed that November 9 has become a day of laws in SR of Vietnam to affirm the position and role of the Constitution and laws in managing the nation and protecting people and citizenship while educating the dominance of the Constitution and laws in the whole society. In response to this, Binh Duong Province organizes various activities including legal consultancy, healthcare, free job introduction, and shows to create an additional channel of information to learn about laws and a playground for factory workers.

To achieve good outcomes of the annual day of laws, the deputy chair required for more organizations of learning about laws among individuals and organizations. Enterprise leaders should accompany and assist their employees to devote and stay attached to the enterprises. He believed that, personal awareness shall create suitable behaviors in accordance with laws.

Nguyen Thanh Binh, the Souther Director of Minister of Justice appreciated the efforts made in Binh Duong Province regarding the event organization in the years. He wished that by creativity, the province shall promote more good models and ways to bring laws to everyone and promote socio-economic development and assurance of national defense, security, and social welfare.

On the occasion, Provincial People's Committee donated baskets of law books to 10 local enterprises. A visit of senior leaders has also been made to Long Yi Co. Ltd. in My Phuoc Industrial Park 2 in Ben Cat Town.
