At the program, Standing Vice Chairman of provincial People's Committee  Mai Hung Dung expressed his warm welcoming to the delegation, introduced briefly Binh Duong social–economic situation and evaluated the friendship cooperation between Binh Duong province and Emilia Romagna Region (Republic of Italy). he hoped that the programs signed by Binh Duong province and Emilia Romagna Enterprise Association will strengthen the friendship cooperation between Binh Duong province and Emilia Romagna Region in the future.

On behalf of the Italian enterprise delegation, Mr.  Fulvio Albano - President of the Chamber of Commerce Italy-Vietnam expressed his sincere thanks to the Binh Duong and Emilia-Romagna authorities for their support. Then, the MOU signing ceremony promotes the investment cooperation opportunities of Italian enterprises in general and Emilia – Romagna ones in particular in Binh Duong province.

At the event, the signing ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding on promoting in investment and trade among Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Emilia-Romagna Region, Italy Vietnam Chamber of Commerce of Turin and Becamex IDC Corporation. According to the MOU, Binh Duong and Emilia _ Romagna are going to exchange experiences their enterprises delegation to promote investment in developing traditional industries, technology, sciences and health.
