At the working session, Mr. Jorge
Rondon Uzcátegui said that this is his third visit to the province and
he was much impressed by its growth. Binh Duong province, with
industrial development, has many opportunities to cooperate with
Venezuela in the future. Ambassador wished to expand the friendly
cooperation relations with Viet Nam, and Binh Duong in specific.

Chairman Nam thanked Mr. Jorge
Rondon Uzcátegui for his intention and said that Binh Duong needs
support and assistance from international friends, including Venezueland
ones. He hoped two localities would continue boosting the bilateral
relations effectively and comprehensively.
