In his visit to Binh Duong, Party
General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong applauded: “…Binh Duong made efforts
in Party building work, especially focused on implementation of the 11th
Party Central Committee's 4th plenum Resolution on “Urgent issues on
current Party building”, in which criticism and self-criticism was seen
as a start for this. Practicing criticism and self-criticism throughout
provincial Party Committee was serious and sincere, making changes in
awareness and action.
In the face of the great pressure
from population increase, Binh Duong needs to thoroughly deal with
issues during the local development process, making industrialization
and modernization. The province must also attach special importance to
developing infrastructure and training human resources at requirements
of industrialization while paying attention to the regional connection.
Binh Duong must continue well realizing Party building at all levels. The implementation of the 4th plenum resolution of the 11th
Party Central Committee was only a step in promoting Party building.
Hence, Party organizations at all levels of the province need to further
inspect and promote the work, especially at grassroots level;
simultaneously focus on repairing weaknesses that were defined after
practicing criticism and self-criticism.

of the Resolution of the 11th Party Central Congress and the 3rd plenum Resolution of the 11th
Party Central Committee. The province needs to promote industrial and
service development, but this must be implemented selectively.
Particularly, the province needs to focus on absorbing high-tech,
support, processing and manufacturing industries with great added value,
low environmental pollution…
After 15-year reestablishment, Binh
Duong has reaped great achievements. The province has entered a new
period for development with advantages and challenges. With the
tradition of a heroic locality full of potentials and advantages plus
locals’ intelligence, I believe Binh Duong’s Party, government and
people will excellently tasks set out by the Resolution of the 9th
provincial Party Congress. Binh Duong will be one of the country’s
leading localities in the industrialization and modernization cause by
2020. And Binh Duong will become a modern and civilized municipality
under the central control by 2020…”.

ceremony starting construction of Binh Duong new city. This is an event,
a project, a work bearing great significance for the local sustainable
and fast industrialization and modernization process. Especially, I
highly appreciate and applaud Binh Duong’s efforts in building up a big,
civilized and modern city by a combination between public and private
investment…On this occasion, I congratulate Binh Duong on inauguration
of provincial Integrated Administration Center. Possibly speaking, this
is the country’s most modern integrated administration center.
On behalf of the Government, I wish
Binh Duong’s Party, government, army and people greater success in
bringing into full play fine traditions, great and comprehensive
achievements as well as precious experience during the local
