At the working session, the two sides exchanged cooperation agreements under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed. Peter Portheine, Director of Brainport Corporation affirmed that the cooperation between Binh Duong province and Endhoven city has got better and better while saying that the Triple Helix model with university-industry and government relations will be applied to build up a Binh Duong smart city. Mrs.Mary Ann Schreurs also said that Eindhoven city has been ready for taking measures to boost the cooperation between the two sides.

Also at the working session, Tran Thanh Liem, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of provincial People’s Committee asserted that Binh Duong will further carry out the contents committed by the two sides and make efforts to be able to soon become a smart city. He also wanted that leaders of Eindhoven city will continue creating advantageous conditions for Binh Duong to soon become a smart city.

Tran Van Nam, Secretary of provincial Party Committee also expressed his delight when welcoming the Deputy Mayor of Eindhoven and her delegation while saying that leaders of Binh Duong province defined that building up a smart city is a long process, but it is sure to be successful. He affirmed that the cooperation between Binh Duong province and Eindhoven city has got better and is sure to be more sustainable.
