Concrete solutions are to organize seminars, propaganda activities, raising awareness and capacity of applying cleaner industrial production; set up and operate database and websites on cleaner industrial production; supporting technical ways on cleaner industrial production; establish and maintain support networks for cleaner industrial production; recheck and make policies to promote cleaner industrial production.

Under the Plan, provincial Department of Industry and Trade (DoIT) will coordinate with relevant agencies to organize seminars, talk shows and programs disseminating regulations on cleaner industrial production; visit localities well realizing this task for research and application; regularly check the implementation of regulations on cleaner industrial production, seriously handle infringements; receive and carry out programs, plans on cleaner industrial production under the central guidance; propose policies on reward and discipline for organizations and individuals in applying cleaner industrial production.

Provincial Department of Science and Technology will team up with enterprises to research and apply cleaner production solutions in each field; give financial support for enterprises that make technical innovation and apply advanced management systems in order to promote cleaner industrial production.

Provincial Department of Finance will be responsible for assessing costs for the implementation of cleaner industrial production activities to strengthen support for enterprises and effectively carry out these activities. Provincial Department of Planning and Investment will get access to capital from domestic and foreign projects on cleaner industrial production.

Meanwhile, provincial Industrial Parks Management Board and Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Parks Management Board will work with provincial DoIT to disseminate the Plan among enterprises; guide them to devise plans and carry out measures on cleaner production.

The People’s Committees of districts, towns and TDM city will also coordinate with provincial DoIT to effectively realize contents and tasks put forward in the Plan.

Province-based enterprise will apply cleaner production solutions; make an efficient and economical use of energy. The province will strive to have facilities with cleaner production application reaching 8%-13% of energies, fuels and materials saved on each production unit.
