Mr. Tran Thanh Liem, Vice Chairman of provincial People's Committee, Mr. Park Noh Wan, Consul General of Republic of Korea in Ho Chi Minh City, leaders of Kocham in Ho Chi Minh, representatives of Overseas Korean Association, Binh Duong Kocham and provincial departments attended the ceremony.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman Tran Thanh Liem informed that S. Korea is currently the second biggest investor in the province with 542 projects, total investment capital of US$2.1 billion.

On behalf of provincial leaders, Vice Chairman Liem congratulated the construction of Binh Duong Kocham building. He hoped the building would effectively facilitate Korean businesses investing in Binh Duong as well support Korean businesses. He also promised to facilitate foreign enterprises operating in the province.
